Delivering on Large-Scale Infrastructure: Eastern Green, Coventry
A prime example of our capability in managing multifaceted civil engineering projects is our work at Eastern Green in Coventry. This major development required a comprehensive suite of groundworks and drainage services to facilitate a significant new construction.
As the appointed groundworks and drainage specialist, our scope was extensive. A key component involved the construction of two new junctions on the A45 dual carriageway, a critical piece of infrastructure requiring meticulous planning and execution to minimise disruption and ensure public safety. The construction of a new reinforced concrete bridge over the A45 complemented this.
The project also demanded a significant drainage solution. We installed 5,600 metres of stormwater drainage, with pipe sizes up to 1800mm, and 1,740 metres of foul water drainage, to depths of 6 metres. Further works included the construction of reinforced-earth retaining walls, three bespoke box culverts, and 21,900 m² of new adoptable roads, showcasing our capacity as a leading civil engineering contractor.

At the Hampton Beach development in Peterborough, we were appointed to deliver essential drainage and road construction services. This project highlights our specialism as land drainage contractors, handling substantial foul and stormwater systems.
