Corby – Priors Hall Park

As groundworks and drainage specialists, Gam Civil Engineering was contracted to install new foul water and storm water drainage systems, a large SFA pumping station with wet well and storage tanks, PCC box culvert structures, new roads and footways.

Groundworks and Drainage Specialists Project Scope at Priors Hall Park:

· 2870m of foul water drainage at depths between 1.5m and 8m deep, pipe sizes ranged between 150mm and 525mm, and all associated manholes.

· 4500m of storm water drainage at depths between 1m and 6m deep, pipe sizes ranged between 150mm and 1800mm, and all associated manholes.

· Installation of a foul water pumping station with a 3000mm diameter wet well at a depth of 9.4m. We also installed a 2.100mm diameter emergency storage tank at a depth of 7.5m.

· Installation of 35m of 3.600mm x 2.400mm PCC twin box culverts with PCC headwalls.

· Excavation of 3400m of combined utility trenches.

· Construction of 21,250m² of new adoptable roads and 9450m² of footways, including 8500m of kerbs and edging and 11,500m³ of earthworks.

· Provision of site engineering and supervision.
