Gam Civil Engineering was contracted for the installation of new foul water and storm water drainage systems, and construction of new roads and swale SUDS.

Project Scope for Linmere – Houghton Regis Phase 3:

· 2160m of foul water drainage at depths between 1.5m and 8m deep with pipe sizes varying between 150mm and 300mm, and all associated manholes.

· 2300m of storm water drainage at depths between 1m and 6m deep and with pipe size ranges between 150mm and 675mm, and all associated manholes.

· Construction of 7600m² of new roads with 5500m³ of earthwork excavations.

· 3500m3 of cut and fill to achieve 4 swales, with 1200m³ of puddle clay lining and 1000m³ of topsoiling.
