Coventry – Eastern Green
As a groundworks and drainage Specialist, Gam Civil Engineering were appointed for the installation of new foul Water and storm water drainage systems, three PCC box culvert structures, construction of Two new Junctions on the A45 dual carriageway, on site adoptable roads and construction of a new RC bridge over the A45 dual carriageway.
Groundworks and Drainage Specialist Project Scope for Eastern Green:
· Installation of 1740m of foul water drainage with pipe sizes ranging from 150mm to 300mm at depths between 1.5m and 6m, and all associated manholes.
· Installation of 5600m of storm water drainage with pipe size ranges between 150mm and 1800mm, and all associated manholes.
· Installation of 150m of 180mm diameter welded PVC rising main at 1.8m deep.
· 3 bespoke PCC water course box culverts with PCC headwalls at various sizes and depths.
· Construction of 21,900m² of new roads with 3 new roundabouts and 2 new junctions to the A45 dual carriageway, including 6500m of kerbing and 21,900m² of subbase.
· 5500m3 of earthworks.
· Construction of a new RC bridge over the A45 dual carriageway (RC Package).
· Installation of 584m² of reinforced earth retaining walls at 9m high.
· Provision of site engineering and supervision.
